Position requirements include but not limited to: Awareness of safety issues, follows safety rules, maintains safe work environment. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, appliances, and trim. Familiarity with drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and lift station maintenance. Able to layout plumbing on new construction and re-pipes.  Have great communication skills and practiced documentation skills. Attention to detail. Good attendance history. Familiar with all equipment for troubleshooting plumbing problems. Comfortable with using assorted power tools. Must be able to work overtime as needed and be on-call when required.
